| Packaging | The packaging we use for our coffees is a durable triple-ply material that protects the coffee from sunlight and oxygen. Each bag has a one-way valve that allows gases that are produced during roasting to escape and prevents any air or oxygen from entering the bag. |

| Shipping Info | All orders placed by 1 pm PST will be processed and arrive in no more than 10 business days to their destination. Orders placed after 1 pm PST on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will not ship until the following Monday or the next business day after a holiday. If a business day is a holiday, the order will ship the next non-holiday business day. Please note that International shipments may experience customs clearance processes which can delay delivery and are not within Cafe Welchez's control. |
