We are a family owned business in Copan, Western Honduras. Finca Santa Isabel is certified with Rainforest Alliance since we are committed with taking care of the our ecosystem and of the people who work with us. We are currently producing SHG coffee and specialty microlots using different processes including washed, honey and natural.

We provide our customers with complete traceability of the coffee. At Finca Santa Isabel we manage the crops, harvest, wet mill, dry mill and export directly. Harvest season begins in November and ends in April. We welcome visits of coffee lovers and importers.
